Best time: Sunrise (6–7am in summer, 8–9am in winter). The tourist crowds are minimal, the light is golden and directional, and the Trocadéro fountains aren't running yet — meaning the esplanade is clear for dramatic full-length shots.

If you have a flexible schedule, morning sessions starting at 7am or evening sessions from 6pm consistently produce the most stunning photos.
